New Delhi: Credgenics, a provider of SaaS-based debt collections and resolution technology, announced the acquisition of collections service provider Arrise.

With this move, Credgenics has also launched CG Setu, an innovative initiative designed to establish a standardized, technology-enabled, and digitized field collections model across India.

Credgenics and Arrise to Redefine Field Collections

The CG Setu model will feature a digitally empowered, agile on-ground workforce operating under standardized procedures.

Acting as a bridge between lenders and borrowers, this initiative will combine Credgenics’ technology leadership with Arrise’s expansive national network to deliver greater efficiency, transparency, and borrower engagement.

With this acquisition, Credgenics becomes a full-stack collections solutions provider with pan-India reach, covering over 18,000 pin codes.

The company’s portfolio now includes field operations, digital collections, multiple dialers, voice bots, litigation and repayment management, and strategic consulting on collections workflows. Together, Credgenics and Arrise aim to achieve a combined annual revenue of ₹850 crore within three years.

Technology Integration and Industry Impact

The technology integration will enable advanced fleet management, scalable operations, and insights-driven optimization in debt recovery. For banks, NBFCs, digital lenders, and ARCs, the CG Setu model represents a first-of-its-kind transformation in India’s debt collections landscape, enhancing operational transparency and borrower experience.

Arrise to Operate Under Existing Leadership

Founded in 2019, Arrise operates across 25+ Indian states with a network of over 5,000 professionals, offering multilingual calling services in 13+ languages. The company will continue under its existing leadership for at least the next five years.
